                   THE BEST SURFACE FINISH IS PRODUCED WHEN THE TOOL IS FED AT APPROXI-

                   MATELY 25% OF THE TOOL NOSE RADIUS. THE EFFECT OF CHIP FORMATION OF
                   THE FEED RATE AND DEPTH OF CUT IS ILLUSTRATED BELOW:
