This pad supplies the proper amount of water for wet sanding of plastics, primer surface, paint, fiberglass. The water washes the sanding residue off the sanding disc which keeps the disc from loading.

The 3M Center Water Feed Disc Hand Pad Replacement Sponge dispenses water to the 3M Center Water Feed Disc Hand Pad which keeps the abrasive clean without significant run-off.
