The 3M E-A-R Push-Ins Earplugs have firm fitting stems to help with easier fitting just hold the fitting stems to push the soft foam ear tips into the ear canals. No need to touch the ear tips, helping to keep the ear tips clean longer even if hands are dirty. One size fits most. These push-to-fit, uncorded foam earplugs are easy to use and comfortable. Poly bag keeps each pair of earplugs or accessible for re-use. Grip rings gently seal earcanal to enhance fit. Soft polyurethane foam tips. Flexible stem makes insertion and removal easy and helps keep the tips clean when they are's hands are dirty. Noise Reduction Rating (NRR): 30 dB. CSA Class AL. The NRR may overestimate the hearing protection provided during typical use. 3M recommends reducing the NRR by 50% for estimating the amount of noise reduction provided. 3M is leading the advancement of hearing conservation.

Research suggests that users may receive less noise reduction than indicated by the attenuation label value(s) on the packaging due to variation in fit, fitting skill, and motivation of the user.
