ValCut SyStEm SummaRy
• The Valcut system is characterized by its modularity and its stability during machining.
• It consists of a treated steel body which can be fixed (according to the model) either on a drill chuck
holder or a morse taper chuck.
• This body supports a ground transversal bar on which mounts HSS-E blades.
• Blades are assembled tilted to 15° in the chuck body.
• Spoon shape sharpening allows a positive cut.
• Blades are regrindable.
• The adjustment of cutting diameter is done by loosening the screw while sliding the transversal bar.
• Radius measurement is done thanks to the adjustment gauge.
