Chemical Vapor Deposition
1 For Turning
CVD coated carbide grades consist of a cemented carbide substrate such as
TiCN, TiN, AR 2O3 or additional alternatives. These are deposited 3 to 16 μm thick
Grades 10 T9105 T5105 by means of a chemical vapor deposition method.

15 T9115 T5115 The coating layer is hard and improves heat and oxidation resistance to make it
chemically stable. With these advantages the coated grades prolong tool life and
