Dormer's C603 2-flute slot drills are very versatile and can be used for plunging, ramping and profile milling in steels, stainless steels and cast iron, and with an accurate diameter, they are great for milling standard keyway slots. The tools also have good rigidity for slot milling from the regular length flute design. Excellent tool strength, wear resistance and performance comes from the premium high speed Steel used in manufacture, whilst the bright finish prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting surfaces of the tool for a clean and accurate finish.
