C611 Roughing End Mills come with a titanium carbo nitride coating which increases the life of the tool and improves performance when milling hard and abrasive materials, whilst the premium high speed cobalt used in manufacture ensures excellent tool strength with great wear resistance and performance. Having a regular length flute with coarse pitch profile, the cutters are designed to break chips for efficient roughing applications, whilst the 30 degree helix reduces vibration and improves performance when used in CNC machines. C611 roughing end mills are very versatile and can be used for roughing when plunging ramping and profile milling in steels, stainless steels and cast iron.
