Part of Dormer's extensive range of milling cutters, C612 long series roughing end mills have a long flute length with a coarse pitch profile, designed to break chips for efficient roughing applications. The premium high speed cobalt used in manufacture means you get great tool strength coupled with good wear resistance and performance. In CNC machines, vibration is reduced and performance improved, thanks to the 30 degree helix, and the bright finish prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting surfaces of the tool so you get a clean and accurate result. Suitable for roughing when plunging, ramping and profile milling in steels, stainless steels and cast iron, C612 roughing end mills are a great choice.
