3M thin flexographic plate mounting tape E2105 is a double coated film tape constructed of a polyester film carrier with differential adhesives. It is specifically designed for mounting flexographic print plates to cushioned or compressible sleeves.

Mount Flexographic Plates with Confidence3M Thin Flexographic Plate Mounting Tape E2105 is a double coated tape that has the air release feature designed to allow air to escape from between the tape and the plate. This crosshatched pattern creates a continuous and permanent network of micro-channels, allowing air to escape from between the tape and plate. It features excellent holding power on-press with easy and clean plate removal when demounting. In addition, it removes cleanly from the cushioned sleeve surface.

• Mounting flexographic print plates to cushioned sleeves or compressible sleeves

• 0.005" (0.13mm) double coated tape has the air release feature designed to allow air to escape from between the tape and the plate
• Non-linered side of the tape is designed for mounting to compressible sleeves
• Securely bonds the flexographic photopolymer plate to the compressible sleeve to prevent plate edge lifting during printing
• Clean removal from both the plate and the sleeve
