Manufactured from premium carbide material for longer tool life and superior performance at high speeds, P709 rotary carbide cutters have an ST geometry which maximizes material removal when machining steels and a toughened and hardened steel shank to provide rigidity and strength, and prevent vibration to further extend tool life. With a bright finish to prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge of the tool making sure you get clean results, the P709 rotary burr has skip flute geometry with an oval shape (Shape E) and designed for efficient de-burring when used on curved surfaces.
