This resin bond wheel maintains shape while providing a good rate of stock removal and is recommended for use in lower temperature operations. Suitable for wet or dry applications, this wheel is a smart choice for small re-grind shops or in-house sharpening.

• When it comes to using cutting tools - tool or drill bits, milling cutters or reamers - it pays to stay sharp. You can count on 3M diamond wheel 654DJ to maintain the top-notch tool fluting required for peak tool performance. Flutes are the helical or straight grooves in the body of the tool. A smooth flute provides a pathway to permit the removal of chips and to allow coolants to reach the cutting surface, making a significant impact on productivity. Choose fluting wheels with shapes 1V1 or 1A1. Arbor hole is made to customer specifications.
