Liner Bushings & Threaded Inserts for Custom Tooling Plates

These precision liner bushings and threaded inserts can be used to build your own custom modular tooling plates. When installed correctly, the liner bushing and threaded insert together will create a precise multipurpose hole .

Application Information

When used together, this liner bushing and threaded insert can create a precise multipurpose hole (Standard System MF40).

Installation

Bushing-installation holes in the tooling plate must be jig bored. See dimensions below for proper counterbore depth. To make installation easier, the threaded insert's locking keys can be driven down by the bushing as it is pressed into the tooling plate.
