Shipping Terms & Conditions
Making sure your order arrives quick, complete, and free of damage is our goal. We try to offer an array of shipping options to ensure your needs are met. The majority of our orders ship from our headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA, but we may determine that shipping your order directly from one of our partners is the best option for various reasons, which is why shipping time is not always determined using our headquarters as the origin point. To reflect the policies of the U.S. shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. You can easily obtain a shipping quote in your Shopping Cart once you have added an item.
Handling Time
We typically take 24-48 hours to process and ship your order from the time it is placed on our website. There can be longer lead times for oversize items and orders or for other reasons not specifically outlined here. Orders placed prior to 11AM Pacific Time have the best chance of shipping out the same day as ordered.
Shipping Made Simple

Free Ground Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all qualified orders over $250. This includes most standard tools, supplies, and accessories shipped within the continental U.S.
Exceptions to free shipping include:
- Items requiring special handling, such as hazardous materials
- Oversized or heavy items (typically over 50 pounds)
- Expedited shipping services (2nd Day or Next Day Air)
Items that don’t qualify for free shipping are clearly marked, and all shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Orders Under $250
- For shipments weighing 0–20 pounds, we charge a flat rate of $13.50.
- For shipments over 20 pounds, real-time UPS Ground rates are calculated at checkout using our discounted carrier pricing.
Expedited Shipping
UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air options are available during checkout.
These services are calculated based on package weight, size, destination, and shipping method.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Additional charges may apply for remote or extended delivery zones.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes via UPS or FedEx—please provide a physical address.
We proudly ship to APO and FPO military addresses. Some size and weight restrictions may apply.
International Orders
In order to make our products available to our customers outside the United States, we have partnered with industry leader GlobalShopex to power our international checkout. Taking advantage of this service is easy - simply add items to your shopping cart and click on "International Checkout" at Checkout. When you complete the International Checkout form, you will see your total price inclusive of all shipping/handling charges, taxes and duties in your local currency. We try our best to find competitive shipping rates for our international customers. All prices shown are in USD. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A 25% restocking fee will apply to certain items returned due to buyer’s remorse, or items not returned due to damage or defects. Please review product listings before making a purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
