Primarily used for cleaning and finishing airplane seat track channels, the 3M Roloc TS and TSM Mandrel 85097 is a tool attachment that secures a 3/4" diameter 3M Roloc TS- or TSM-style disc to a die grinder or disc sander. The mandrel is 1/4" in diameter and extends 2", enabling access to hard-to-reach channel recesses.

Specialized Mandrel Accesses Small Spaces

Airplane seat tracks are the hard-working metal components that run the length of the fuselage of an airplane and secure cargo and interior assemblies. Typically manufactured of extruded metals, they must meet stringent FAA surface finish requirements.
