Description

The 3M 7100148757 Scotch Weld low odour acrylic adhesive DP810 is a toughened, two part, room temperature curing acrylic formulated for high shear and peel strength on oily metals, composites and many plastics. This low odour formulation reduces workplace fumes and is non-flammable compared with conventional acrylics, improving site safety. Supplied in a 48.5 mL Duo Pak for metered dispensing, 3m scotch weld dp810 gives a 10 minute work life with handling strength at approximately 20 minutes at 22°C. The adhesive cures to a durable, impact resistant bond and is suitable for applications from sporting goods to appliance assembly where fast, reliable adhesion is required. Use recommended dispensing equipment for accurate 1:1 metering, mixing and dispensing with predictable results.

Product Features and Benefits

Low odour chemistry reduces operator exposure and removes the need for extensive ventilative controls in many applications, supporting safer production environments.

High shear and peel strength

Toughened acrylic delivers high shear and peel performance for durable joints on oily metals, composites and difficult plastics without excessive surface prep.

Fast handling and cure profile

With 3m scotch weld dp810 its a 10 minute work life and approximately 20 minute handling strength at 22°C enable rapid assembly cycles while allowing brief fit adjustment time.

Designed for Duo Pak dispensing

Supplied in a 1:1 Duo-Pak; use dispensing equipment for precise metering and consistent mixed properties every dispense.

Good tolerance to oily or unprepared surfaces

3M scotch weld acrylic adhesive chemistry bonds with reduced sensitivity to light contamination, decreasing pre-treatment steps for production throughput.
