Threaded Lifting Pins
Threaded Lifting Pins are single-acting Ball Lock Pins with a solid, one-piece body with three threaded retractable elements for high tension loads. Positive locking until released by pushing the button. Sturdy forged shackle for heavy lifting. Threaded Lifting Pins are great for retrofitting fixtures with tapped holes. Made in Germany.

Application/Operation
Assembly
- Threaded lifting pins can be mounted into a thread that is true to gauge
Mounting
- Press the button and hold it down
- Insert the threaded lifting pin
- Release the button (The button must be back in its original position.)
- Tighten the threaded lifting pin by hand, until it bears completely on the bearing surface
- It must be ensured that the thread segments are engaged in the mounting thread
Dismantling
- Unscrew the threaded lifting pin approx. a quarter of a turn anticlockwise
- Press the button and hold it down
- Remove the threaded lifting pin
- Release the button

- Each threaded lifting pin contains an instruction manual with an EC Declaration of Conformity
