C920 4-flute end mills are manufactured from powder metal high speed cobalt which gives you extended tool life coupled with great performance, whilst the special Alcrona coating further extends the life of the tool and gives improved performance when milling difficult to machine materials. With a long series flute for high rigidity finishing deep profiles, C920 end mills can be used or plunging, ramping and profile milling in steels, stainless steels and cast iron. Finally, high performance when machining heat resistant materials on CNC machines is achieved, thanks to the 45 degree helix angle.
