S714 3-flute slot drills have a 40 degree helix for high performance slotting and profiling on CNC machines. They are manufactured from premium carbide so you can expect superior performance and extended tool life, and have an aluminium chrome nitride coating which further increases the life of the cutter and improves performance when milling materials which are difficult to machine. The long series flute design provides high rigidity for profile milling deep walls, and the tools are suitable for plunging, ramping and profile milling in steels, stainless steels and cast irons.
