One of Dormer's extensive range of carbide milling cutters, S814HB 4-flute cutters can be used for both slotting and profile milling, whilst the high rigidity from the medium length flute design makes the tools suitable for general purpose profile milling applications. The special Alcrona coating coupled with the premium carbide material used in manufacture will give superior performance, especially when milling difficult to machine materials and also greatly improve tool life. S814HB 4-flute end mills are suitable for plunging, ramping and profile milling in a wide variety of materials including stainless steels, cast iron, non-ferrous materials and steels.
