Roemheld Deburring Tools
7250 psi maxFor Single-Acting and Double-Acting Systems
Low-cost hydraulic power source that requires only a shop-air connection to operate. This compact, portable unit weighs only 14 lbs. Only 75-psi air pressure is required to provide 7250-psi hydraulic pressure. Suitable for smaller clamping fixtures and assembly operations where automatic pressure control is not required. Unlike Air Power Units, these Air Pump Units do not automatically restart to maintain system pressure, and require a separate air regulator to set hydraulic pressure at anything other than 7250 psi.
Models Available
For single-acting and double-acting systems. Pump is actuated by pushing a manually operated pneumatic valve that can be locked in open position. Clamping is then controlled by an integral 4-way hydraulic clamping valve. With the pneumatic valve permanently locked in open position, the pump compensates for small leaks, maintaining constant hydraulic pressure. Adjust output hydraulic pressure (4000 to 7250 psi range) by adjusting input air pressure using a separate air regulator. Integral check valve holds hydraulic pressure even if air supply fails.

Flow Rate vs. Pressure
Mounting & Setup
Mount horizontally or vertically. Unit is ready to run after you fill the reservoir with clean, approved Hydraulic Fluid and connect to an air supply. A separate air regulator is required to set hydraulic pressure at anything other than 7250 psi. No air lubricator is required – unit can be operated with oil-free air. Do not use NPT fittings for hydraulic connections.
