3M Scotchrap tape 51 is a premium grade, 20 mil thick, all weather tape with PVC backing. It withstands temperatures of 55 to 176 °F ( 48 to 80 °C) and resists abrasion and punctures. This printed, high tack, adhesive tape is corrosion and impact resistant, making it suitable for use on metal piping systems, conduits and fittings both above and below ground.

This printed, high-tack adhesive tape is corrosion and impact-resistant and can be used on metal piping systems, conduits and fittings both above and below ground. Its flexible PVC backing offers high conformability and electrical insulation properties, making it highly resistant to UV rays, corrosive salt water, soil acids, alkalis, salts, chemicals and many challenging weather conditions. 3M Scotchrap vinyl corrosion protection tape 51 is RoHS compliant.
