The applicator comes with a 0.093" tip to meet a wide variety of application needs.

The Quadrack application attachment system utilizes hot melt glue sticks up to 8" long that helps reduce reloading time and, when combined with the palm trigger system, eliminates the need to forcibly press on the hot melt adhesive stick with your thumb.

A pneumatic high volume dispenser that operates at a fixed temperature of 385 ° F/ 196 ° C Applicator is designed for use with 1" x 3" PG sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 7.5 lbs of adhesive per hour. As the Speed loader chamber runs low, it emits a whistling sound. The piston can be retracted and adhesive glue sticks loaded into the chamber to keep production flowing. Applicator includes stand and 9921 and 9946 brass tips.
