Standard Abrasives Quick Change P.A.R.T. Disc Mandrel secures the Standard Abrasives Quick Change P.A.R.T. Disc to a rotary tool with a 5/8" collet assembly. These P.A.R.T. (Paint Anodized Removal Tool) Discs are used to clean and prep painted or corroded surfaces around holes prior to re-riveting or connecting a ground wire.

The Standard Abrasives Quick Change P.A.R.T. Disc Mandrel is designed specifically for use with Standard Abrasives Quick Change P.A.R.T. Discs. These discs are used to remove surface contaminants, paint or primer at electrical grounding contact points. The disc's center hole diameter self-aligns so it will only clean the workpiece hole and maintain the anodized layer surrounding it.
