3M double coated tape 9576B is a medium tack double-sided tape designed for general splicing and roll closing applications. It has a pressure sensitive adhesive that offers a balance of high initial adhesion and good holding power for web splicing and general purpose bonding applications.

• 3M Double coated tape 9576B is a double-sided tape with a hand tearable black polypropylene carrier lined on both sides with 3M Adhesive 400. Once bonded, this tape provides excellent peel and shear strength-making it ideal for rigorous splicing applications and bonding plastics to metals. 3M double coated tape 9576B is mounted on a tan 60# densified kraft paper liner for ease in die cutting applications.

• The medium-firm pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive system features an excellent balance of good initial adhesion (quick stick) and good shear holding power. The formulation gives a consistently strong bond across a range of temperatures, up to 165°F (75°C). A thin, tough, polypropylene carrier between the adhesive layers improves the handling and strength of the tape. By using a robust 60 lbs. densified kraft paper release liner, this tape provides reliable performance for industrial applications, such as die-cutting and automated dispensers.
