The 3M flexible diamond PSA cloth sheet 6008J was designed to tackle extremely hard-to-grind materials like stone, glass, ceramic, carbide and composites. The diamond mineral and semi-flexible backing makes this abrasive a good match for grinding, finish sanding, and contour finishing applications.
Features:
- Works well on a variety of hard-to-grind materials: Stone, glass and ceramic, carbides and composites
- Open dot pattern allows swarf and debris to escape, helping to prevent loading
- Available in three dot patterns and a range of grades, so operators can choose the right abrasive for their unique project needs
- PSA backing sticks easily but securely to sanding blocks, and is easily removed
- Semi-flexible backing responds to edges and contours
- Sheets come in a range of sizes and may be cut and shaped for hand pads or backup pads
