The 3M 7010512461 Cubitron 984F II ceramic belt is made for premium finishing and polishing tasks in industrial metalworking. This compact 1.125" x 21" belt delivers consistent surface quality and fine finishes where access is limited. Precision Shaped Ceramic grains at 120+ grit provide controlled cutting for finishing, reducing the need for successive abrasives. The Fabri-Lok splice creates a reliable, low-profile joint that minimizes snags and keeps production running smoothly. Constructed on YF-weight polyester cloth, the belt resists tearing and offers dimensional stability for repeated use. Closed-coat abrasive distribution concentrates cutting power to extend belt life during polishing and surface preparation. Single-flex design allows the 3M 7010512461 to conform to curves and edges for consistent edge blending and deburring. The Red 984F chemistry reduces heat buildup while maintaining finish integrity on stainless and alloy steels. Ideal when you need the precision of 3M cubitron 120 grit in a small, dependable format for bench or portable grinders. Choose this belt for applications needing high-quality finishing using a compact, durable 120 grit 3M cubitron solution.
Precision-Shaped 120+ Ceramic Grains
High-density ceramic grains on the 3M 7010512461 ensure smooth, controlled removal for superior finishing compared to coarser abrasives.
Compact 1.125" x 21" Form Factor
The small footprint enables precise edge blending and polishing in tight spaces where larger belts or a 120 grit sanding disc cannot access.
Fabri-Lok Splice for Dependability
The Fabri-Lok splice provides a durable, low-profile joint that reduces downtime and resists separation under continuous use.
YF-Weight Polyester Cloth Backing
Robust backing offers excellent tensile strength and tear resistance, extending the service life of the 3M 984F during heavy use.
Closed-Coat 120+ Formulation
Closed-coat coverage concentrates cutting action and prevents glazing, delivering reliable polishing and finishing performance like a 3M roloc 120 grit system.
