An Easy-to-Process Tape for Tough Applications- 3M Double coated tape 9495 is a 5.7 mil black PET tape featuring a 0.5 mil polyester film carrier which delivers excellent handling during processing such as slitting, die-cutting and laminating. The face side is coated with 2.9 mils and the back side with 2.3 mils of 3M Adhesive 200MP, known as the industry standard for applications such as nameplate and graphic attachment. This adhesive delivers excellent shear strength as well as exceptional temperature and chemical resistance for tough environments. A 4 mil, 58-lbs. polycoated kraft liner adds stability for efficient processing such as die-cutting.
