This tape is excellent for humidity, high moisture and high heat applications. The black metalized polypropylene film/scrim/kraft facing tape is coated with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds and seals extremely well in cold temperatures. This tape is moisture- and mold-resistant and provides tear-resistance and durability through its tri-directional reinforcement. It has an ASTM specification of C1136 (Type IV) and it's backing delivers a PERM rating of 0.09.
