3M 7100069158 is a high performance zirconia alumina sanding belts option made for heavy stock removal and reliable edge work. The 3m 577f cloth belt combines a fast cutting alumina zirconia mineral with a heavy, water resistant polyester backing YF weight to deliver durability in high pressure applications. A built in grinding aid reduces heat buildup so the belt runs cool on heat sensitive metals such as stainless and nickel alloys. Use this 60 grit belt for dimensioning, deburring, blending and finishing castings, forgings and sheet metal. Its closed coat abrasive and Fabri Lok splice provide consistent performance on file belt sanders and feed through equipment.
