The 3M Accuspray Spray Gun System with Standard PPS combines the simplicity and easy maintenance of Accuspray spray guns and with the material-saving, rapid clean-up convenience of PPS. Replaceable atomizing heads afford the performance of a new gun, on demand and at a fraction of the cost. And the PPS disposable cup and liner system reduces solvent needed for cleanup by as much as 70%.

3M Accuspray Spray Gun System with Original PPS is a convenient all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering and spraying paint materials. The system features the Accuspray HVLP Spray Gun, a lightweight composite spray gun body molded in one piece, eliminating the complexity, wear and cleaning of small parts and components. Atomizing heads can be used 5 to 10 times, then removed and replaced, giving you the performance of a new gun on demand and at a fraction of the cost. This Accuspray gun works with original PPS or PPS 2.0 paint cups and disposable lids, liners and nozzles. Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, with PPS you don't have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, so you waste less paint. Simply place a liner in the reusable paint cup, mix the paint, snap on the lid, attach the locking collar and you're ready to spray. With a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there's less risk of outside contamination. You can also increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent over conventional paint cup systems. All-inclusive kit includes 1 Accuspray spray gun, 4 nozzles (1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm, 1.8mm), 1 plastic paint cup, 1 collar, 5 disposable lids (4 with 200-micron filter, 1 with 125-micron filter), 5 disposable liners, 1 mix ratio insert and sealing plugs. Air compressor and hose coupler not included.
