3M Scotch-Weld Urethane Adhesive DP640NS is a brown, non-sag, two-component polyurethane adhesive. This urethane adhesive has a 60 minute work life for panel bonding or repositioning. Ideal for bonding dissimilar substrates, such as composites, SMC, FRP, many plastics, ceramic, wood, rubber and metal.

When using a Duo-Pak (DP) size adhesive, rely on 3M dispensing equipment for convenient and accurate metering, mixing and dispensing.

As compared to one part sealants, 3M Scotch-Weld Urethane Adhesive DP640NS is fast-curing, establishes tough bonds and offers low-temperature flexibility. It dispenses as a non-sag paste for accurate and precise handling during application.
