Whether you’re mixing and granulating compounds in a pharmaceutical facility or working with combustible gases in the oil and gas industry, 3M Versaflo TR-800 powered Air Purifying Respirator Kits are built for environments where intrinsically safe (IS) equipment is essential. Each one of these PAPR kits come equipped with everything the team needs to get started. The TR 813N is an Heavy Industry PAPR Assembly featuring a motor/b certified by UL with an intrinsically safe (IS) rating of Division 1: IS Class 1, II, III; Division 1 (includes Division 2) Groups C,D,E,F G; T4, under the most current standard (UL 60079, 6th Edition, 2013).

The assembly includes an Intrinsically Safe motor/b (TR 802N), Intrinsically Safe Battery (TR 830N), battery attachment tool (TR 838), Airflow Indicator (TR 971), High Durability Belt (TR 626) and Length Adjusting Breathing Tube (BT 30). The TR 813N assembly may be combined with 3M Versaflo branded headtops and filters or cartridges to create a complete easy to use PAPR for protection against certain particulates, vapors and gases. The TR 813N assembly may be the preferred choice system for use in rugged industrial environments.

• The TR-800 is a PAPR blower with battery rated at Division I for Classes I, II, and III under the most current UL standard (UL 60079, 6th Edition, 2013); NIOSH-approved PAPR system
• Battery includes a bumper to absorb impact; mechanical attachment of the battery helps prevent removal during use
• Audible and visual alarms indicate low battery and loaded filter
