3M Wetordry Cloth disc 281W features a strong, waterproof mesh type cloth backing so the abrasive may be run wet or dry. It is commonly used for finishing on substrates like paint, e-coat primer, gel coat and metal. Discs clip on to a hand pad (sold separately) for hand applications.
