Interchangeable pilot type counterbore body with 4-flutes and corner radius, diameter 1/4" with an overall length of 2.3/8" and a flute length of 1/2" and 1/4" reduced straight shank, according to ANSI standard to produce a flat bottom seat for socket-head cap screws with the aid of a detachable pilot with a mounting diameter of 3/32" and a maximum pilot guide diameter of 3/16", HSS with standard bright finish for machining free machining and plain carbon steel, wrought and copper or copper alloys.
