P809 rotary carbide burrs, with a DC geometry to break ships more effectively and improve control by hand, are manufactured from premium carbide material which gives superior performance and extends tool life at high speeds. Rigidity and strength which decreases vibration and further extends tool life is provided by the toughened and hardened steel shank. P809 rotary burrs are oval shaped (Shape E) with skip flute geometry, enabling efficient de-burring when used in corners with radius. For clean results after use, the burrs have a bright finish which prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool.
