Dormer's S803HB 3-flute milling cutters have a special Alcrona top for improved performance when milling difficult to machine materials. They have a short length flute for extra rigidity for milling shallow slots and, with an accurate diameter, are capable of milling standard keyway slots to P9 tolerance. Manufactured from premium carbide, S803HB 2-flute cutters will give you great performance with longer tool life and are very versatile, being suitable for plunging ramping and profile milling in steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous materials and cast iron.
