This arbor enables the use of wheel brushes with arbor hole on power tools with collets, e.g. electric straight grinders and flexible shaft drives. Countersunk head tightening-screw fits into a recessed flange washer for locking power. Allows brushes to reach edges without interference from arbor overhang. Change brush without removing arbor from collet. Unthreaded shoulder.
