Roemheld Threaded Universal Cylinders

All-threaded cylinders are designed for installation through fixture walls. External thread allows fine adjustment after installation. Compact design with many applications. Excellent for punching, pressing, and assembly operations, with high forces. Double-acting version can also be used for pulling, by reversing the A and B ports.

Clamping Action

Applying fluid pressure to the A port advances the plunger. Spring return (single acting) or fluid return (double acting).

Mounting & Fuid Supply

Two methods:

1) Mount through a tapped hole in the fixture plate, securing with a lock ring;

2) Mount through a bored hole in the fixture plate, securing with two lock rings.
1/4" BSPP port (two for double-acting clamps).

Optional Viton Seals

For high-temperature applications (212° to 300° F),with Viton seals. Viton seals have a slightly shorter service life.
