CARVESMART is a complete system of dovetailed vise jaws for production and toolroom vises, allowing custom jaws to be accurately changed in seconds. The machinable blank aluminum jaws shown here fit 8" vises, but can also be used as extra-wide jaws on 125mm, 5", 6", and 160mm vises. These ready-to-use blank jaws incorporate a SMARTstop pin that provides +/-.0003" side-to-side location relative to a slot in the master jaw. The large dovetail provides secure custom-jaw retention.
