All Industrial 1-2-3 Blocks

The All Industrial Tool Supply 55500 ultra precision 1-2-3 blocks set contains (2) individual blocks with 23 holes and is the best value in set-up blocks.  Often referred to 123 blocks, this set measures 1" wide x 2" long x 3" high with a squareness of +/- 0.0002".  These set-up blocks have 5 tapped holes (3/18-16 thread) and 18 untapped holes.  The threaded holes allow the blocks to be bolted to one another in order to use them in a variety of set-up or measurement options. Note the untapped holes are not large enough for a 3/8-16 bolt to pass through (they aren't "thru-holes") but they can be used to create larger or more complex configurations.

This set of 1-2-3 blocks are made of precision ground hardened steel with all sides made to be perfectly flat and parallel.  Each block weights about one pound each which makes them easy to transport around your shop.  Uses for 1-2-3 blocks include machine set-up, tool touch off, establishing runout, substitutions for parallels when they are not available or preferable, quick measurements of 90 degree angles, calibration references, etc. and with this set under $15 it should be among the most used items in your shop!  We also sell 1-2-3 blocks with no holes, magnetic 1-2-3 blocks, TiN coated 1-2-3 blocks, and a versatile 1-2-3 blocks set with precision bolts.
