S823 3-flute milling cutters from Dormer van be used for plunging, ramping and profile milling in steels, stainless steels, cast iron and non-ferrous material. Manufactured from premium carbide for great performance and long tool life, the tools have a special Alcrona coating for even longer tool life and improved performance when milling difficult to machine materials. The high rigidity from the longer length flute design makes S823 3-flute slot drills great for milling standard slots whilst the accurate diameter means standard keyway slots can be milled to P9 tolerance.
