S944 4-flute milling cutters are manufactured from premium carbide for superior performance and longer tool life which is further extended by the titanium aluminium nitride coating, which also improves performance when milling difficult to machine materials. The tools are very versatile and can be used to machine a wide range of materials including steels, stainless steels and cast iron, and are suitable for plunging, ramping and profile milling. The rigid, medium length flute is great for standard profile milling and S944 4-flute cutters are a great economical range for general milling of slots on most types of machine.
