These fittings allow using The power-workholding components in a system with 1/4" O.D. tubing instead of The standard 5/16" O.D. tubing. Please note: these fittings are limited to 6600 psi operating pressure and limit the entire system to that pressure.Straight 1/4" male fitting that fits any standard 1/4" BSPP port. JIC-standard 37ยฐ fittings accept The 1/4" O.D. tubing (cut off straight, deburred, and flared) as well as hydraulic hose with 37ยฐ-flare swivel nuts. When using tubing, a Tube End fitting, consisting of a nut and sleeve, must be placed on each tube end before flaring is completed.
Use these fittings only with 1/4" tubing and hose which is suitable for 7500 psi operation (22,500-psi minimum burst pressure). Note: this is not The standard tubing size.
